If your eBook or bundle does not match what was described on the product page, you may contact us within 7 days of purchase to request a refund. This guarantee does not apply to income expectations, business results, sales, leads, or outcomes that depend on your own execution, testing, market conditions, and decision-making.

1. Digital Product Nature
DigitalSkillStudio sells digital educational products, including eBooks and eBook bundles. These products are delivered digitally and no physical product is shipped.
Once a digital eBook has been delivered, accessed, downloaded, or made available through order confirmation or download access, the product cannot be physically returned in the same way as a physical item.
2. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Purchases are protected by a 7-day digital product satisfaction guarantee. If the digital eBook or bundle does not match what was described on the product page, you may contact us within 7 days of purchase to request a refund.
This guarantee applies to purchases of:
- The 7-Day Ghost System eBook
- The Ghost Merchant (Operator Edition) eBook
- The Complete Ghost Merchant eBook Bundle
- Any other eligible digital product sold by DigitalSkillStudio
3. Refund Request Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
To request a refund, contact us through the Contact page and include your order number, checkout email address, product purchased, and a clear explanation of why the product does not match what was described.
4. Technical Access Issues
If you experience a technical issue accessing or downloading your eBook, please contact us through the Contact page.
When contacting support, please include:
- Your order number, if available
- The email address used at checkout
- The product you purchased
- A clear description of the issue
- Any screenshots that may help explain the problem
We will make a reasonable effort to help you access the digital product you purchased.
5. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, contact us as soon as possible with your order details.
Duplicate purchase requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If the duplicate purchase is clear and the request is made within 7 days, we may issue a refund for the duplicate order.
6. Wrong Product Purchased
If you believe you purchased the wrong eBook or bundle, contact us as soon as possible.
Requests may be reviewed under the 7-day digital product satisfaction guarantee. We may offer a refund, exchange, or other support depending on the order details and the nature of the request.
7. What the Guarantee Does Not Cover
The 7-day satisfaction guarantee is designed to protect customers if the digital product does not match what was described on the product page.
The guarantee does not cover refund requests based only on change of mind, lack of implementation, not achieving a business result, not reading the product description before purchase, or expecting a result that was not promised on the product page.
8. No Income or Results Guarantee
DigitalSkillStudio provides educational content only. We do not guarantee income, business success, profits, leads, sales, clients, or specific financial outcomes.
The 7-day satisfaction guarantee does not cover refund requests based on not achieving a specific result, income level, business outcome, or personal expectation.
9. Unauthorized Sharing or Misuse
Your purchase is for personal use only. You may not copy, distribute, resell, upload, share, or otherwise make the eBooks available to others without permission.
Refunds will not be provided in cases involving unauthorized sharing, misuse, or violation of our terms.
10. Refund Request Review
Submitting a refund request does not automatically guarantee approval. Refund requests are reviewed based on the 7-day guarantee terms, the product purchased, the reason for the request, order history, and whether the request relates to the product not matching what was described.
DigitalSkillStudio reserves the right to approve or decline refund requests that fall outside this policy, including requests based on income expectations, business outcomes, unauthorized sharing, misuse, or abuse of the refund process.
